    Anne F. Whisman, a lifelong resident of Smyth County, resides in Mitchell Valley with her husband Robert "Bob" Whisman.  Anne  brings 25 years of legal assistant expertise into the real estate profession.  The Whismans are members of the Freedom Tabernacle Church in Atkins.
